About the Group

The holiday season may be a time of celebration and indulgence for many, but others may find it daunting with the constant reminders of diet and wellness culture. But fear not! We have the tools of self-compassion and intuitive eating to guide us through this treacherous terrain and set necessary boundaries with our loved ones and with ourselves.

This journey towards self-discovery and growth will empower us with new strategies for self-compassion, allowing us to tap into our body's wisdom and inner strength. Every feast will be an opportunity to reinforce our values and stay the course of recovery. So, let's unite and embark on a quest to make this holiday season one of peace—with food and your body!

I’ll Be Home for the Holidays — with Boundaries
Get ready to draw some lines around the dinner table with the fam this holiday season. We'll dish on how to handle those curious questions and keep things cool. Plus, we'll talk about tuning in to those hunger and fullness signals your body sends you.

Practical Strategies for Surviving the Holidays
Join us for a merry exploration of intuitive eating, uncovering how holiday time can spark that pesky yo-yo eating dance. Gain some serious know-how on the principles of intuitive eating, so you can sleigh through the festive season with a happy tummy and a smile on your face!
